Administration is an organized process of administering the management of an organization.

Management is exacting the discharge of policies.

Administration is exacting the assurance of primary policies and objectives.

Management is a low and mid-ranked function, it works for the low, medium and top levels organizational needs of an enterprise.

But the administration is a high-ranked function, it entirely manages the overall management activities and demands of a company with proper planning and organizational resources.

Administration has control over the government or national sectors.

-        Changing Factors

The management style of an organization also can be changed with the removal or employment of a new manager or leader.

Where the administrative procedures or policies are slower to change or, may remain in the place for many generations of management.

-        Difference by focusing area

The management focuses to implement new ideas through research and innovative resources. To achieve the organization’s target.

The administration of an organization aims to full all requirements. To secure the highest objectivity for their business.

Which is better, management or administration? Explain in detail.

Both. They are a complement to an organization's functioning, as mentioned above, management is carried by the middle to the bottom and is governed by policies or goals within the enterprise. Instead, the administration is about a management level, which is controlled by common beliefs and other forces.

If one does not exist in a company, achieving the goals would be difficult, requiring management and management to be done in an organized and synchronous manner

  1. I used to confuse administration with management a lot, but now I see that there is a great difference that separates these two concepts.

I also think that there is no comparison between the two concepts, each one simply covers a different space and dimension in organizations

  3. Both concepts have different tasks in the same area, however one has more authority than the other. One only works inside with employees and the other can work outside with the government or different institutions
